Procedure
Option 1
- Go to the local police station to apply for 境外人员住宿登记表 with your passport and lease agreement
Option 2
- Log on to the website of Shanghai Exit-Entry Administration Bureau Website
- Click Online Application for Temporary Residence of Foreign in Scattered Areas
- Fill in the information in the registration system
- Wait for review
- Download and Save the form
