• 办证申请函 (Apply on Ehall after registration for the new school year)

Cost

• ¥800 per year
• Either paid and pick-up at the Exit-Entry Bureau, or pay to the delivery person

Appointment Booking

2. Follow voice instructions
   • (Choose 1, 2, 2, 3)
3. When asked “自助或人工,” say 人工
4. The worker will be asking you for further details

Procedure at the bureau

1. Photo taking session. A QR code receipt will be given
2. Scan the qr code and your passport at a kiosk to print out the application form
3. Get a line-up code
4. Read through and fill out the necessary parts
5. Go to the desk and give the documents
6. Ask for pick-up or delivery
7. For delivery
   • Fill out 快递 form with your address and contact details
