  • Introduction Letter for Visa (办证申请函) (Apply on Ehall after registration for the new school year)
  • Temporary Residence permit (境外人员临时住宿登记表)
  • Copy of the international student insurance page (来华人员保险信息清单)

Cost

  • ¥800 per year2
  • Either paid and pick-up at the Exit-Entry Bureau, or pay to the delivery person

On Site Procedure

  1. Photo taking (Take the slip with the QR code)
  2. Scan the QR code and your passport at a kiosk to print out the application form
  3. Get a line-up code
  4. Read through and fill out the necessary parts of the application form
  5. Go to the desk and give the documents
  6. Ask for pick-up or delivery
  7. For delivery
    • Fill out 快递 form with your address and contact details
  1. Introduction Letter For Visa (办证申请函) is obtained from ISO. You apply through the Fudan University Ehall Website. After logging in with your UIS, search for 办证申请函 and add the required document pictures (Passport ID Page, Passport Visa Page, Passport Entry into China Stamp Page, International Students Insurance Page, Admission Notice, and Registration Form of Accommodation). Afterwards, a notice will be shared concerning when and where the Letter can be picked up. ↩︎
  2. If you are a scholarship student, you have the option to obtain and pay for a Residence Permit that lasts you until the end of your expected graduation date. ↩︎
