The border declaration form must be completed within 24hours before landing in China.
If your flight takes longer than 24hours, you will have to refresh the provided QR code as you proceed to the border control after landing in China.
Tip: Screenshot the QR code to not have to rely on wifi to get it at the airport.
Process
- Scan the below QR code using the WeChat scanner code scanner.
- Tap on “填报/修改《中华人民共和国出/入 境健康申明卡》” or “Health Declaration/Edit Health Declaration”
- Complete the form as accurately as possible.
- Take a screenshot of the QR that is shown to you.
- The QR code will be scanned when passing through the border control in China
