The 联华国际保险 insurance is required by the school for every international student studying long term.
You can have your own insurance on top of the 联华国际保险 insurance.
How To Purchase The Insurance
- Go onto https://lxbx.net/home
- Click on “Buy Insurance”
- Log in with your passport number and the captcha
- Buy the ¥800 1 year insurance package for international students
How To Claim
If in need of medical treatment, call 4008105119 for further instructions
- Go to a public hospital (ideally a Network Hospital)
- Go to a normal department (Not VIP, special needs, or international department)
- Register with the same same as your passport
Outpatient Treatment
- Upfront payment for treatment by patient
- Apply for reimbursement online afterwards.
Inpatient Treatment
- Apply for advance payment
- Submit of letter of authorization & photocopy of passport
- Fill out the application for claim (Application & Power of Attorner)
- Obtain the Information letter of your Bank Account (It should include: Username, account number, bank name)
- Fill out the Accident Description Form
- Apply for a claim through the website
